At Fleshlight Australia, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your apparel or lifestyle accessories don't meet your expectations, we offer a 30-day return window for items in their original, unworn condition.

Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Ensure your items are unworn, unwashed, and still have the original tags attached. For hygiene reasons, certain intimate apparel cannot be returned if the seal is broken.

• 2.
  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to your account portal or contact our support team with your order number to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and a prepaid shipping label.

• 3.
  Pack and Post

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, attach the provided return label to the outside of the parcel, and drop it off at any Australia Post location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund or store credit within 5-7 business days back to your original payment method.
